About shed & summerhouse combinations
An internal partition splits the building into two rooms. The summerhouse side has glazed double doors and long-glass windows for daylight and a view of the garden; the shed side has its own boarded single door, so the mower, tools and bikes never come through the room you sit in.
Pressure-treated timber throughout with a 15-year anti-rot guarantee, a one-foot front canopy over the doors, and sizes from 8ft to 20ft wide. Delivered flat-packed, free to the UK mainland, in 2–3 days.
Common questions
Is it one building or two?+
One building on one base, with an internal partition wall. Each room has its own outside door, so you can lock the shed side and still use the summerhouse.
Is the timber treated?+
Yes — our modular timber buildings use tanalised (pressure-treated) timber rather than dip-treated, on FSC-certified stock, and UK manufactured.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, and you choose your delivery date at checkout. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & islands, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man is £150 per pallet (including VAT).
