How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, with no minimum spend. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.
How quickly will my building arrive?
Modular timber buildings ship within 2–3 working days and composite buildings within 3–5 working days. You choose the delivery date that suits you at checkout.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland?
Yes — these areas are quoted individually on request. Contact us with your postcode before ordering and we will confirm the cost and timescale.
What about installation?
Professional installation is a flat £500 within 185 miles of our West Midlands workshop, discounted whenever a sale is on, typically scheduled within 4–6 weeks — your building arrives WITH the installation team and is erected on the same visit, so there is no separate delivery date, and the office arranges the day with you after you order. Add it as an extra in the Build studio or on any product page that offers it.
