How long does delivery take?
Free UK mainland delivery on every order. Modular timber buildings ship within 2–3 working days; composite buildings have a 3–5 working day lead time. Shed installation is typically 4–6 weeks. Total Cabins are made to order: delivery is 8–10 weeks, with fitting from 11 weeks. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.
Do you offer installation?
Yes — shed installation is normally £500, with applicable offers shown when ordering. Total Cabin installation is currently £1,000, within 185 miles of Tividale. Standard cabin delivery is 8–10 weeks, with fitting from 11 weeks; dates and access are confirmed with our team.
What's your warranty?
Timber buildings — Standard and Heavy Duty — carry a 20-year anti-rot warranty, and composite buildings come with a 30-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I customise my building?
Our Build Your Shed studio lets you configure our sheds with live pricing. The Total Cabin builder offers widths from 10–20ft and depths from 6–12ft. Standard catalogue cabins are priced online; other sizes and glazing need a tailored quote. The smaller one-window layouts can be mirrored during assembly. Windows are not movable to side walls in the builder.
