The Spooky Sale

- 13% OFF
Every building, 13% off
Every range, every size, every style — timber and composite. The discount is already in the price you see; no code to remember.
- ½ PRICE
Half-price composite floor runners
Composite bearers in place of timber under the floor — the part that sits against the ground, now never rotting. Half price this sale: £90 on an 8 × 6 instead of £180, by floor area.
- FREE
Free breathable membrane
The layer most sheds quietly skip — a tough sheet behind the cladding that lets moisture out and keeps wind-driven rain from getting in. Free on every building this sale, and listed as a free line on your order so you can see it.
- FREE
Free 1ft overhang on pent roofs
Designing a pent building in the Build Studio? Tick the 1ft front overhang and it is on us — a covered step-in, no extra charge. Your choice: it is never added unless you pick it. Pent only: an apex roof already overhangs both gables.
- FREE
Free UK mainland delivery
Every building, every size — delivered free to the UK mainland, in as little as 2–3 days on popular sizes.
- AT COST
Installation by the makers
Our own workshop team assembles your building on-site — within 185 miles of our base, £500 flat. We confirm every booking by phone.
- FREE
Free EPDM rubber roof on timber
Choose the seamless rubber roof upgrade on any timber building and it is free this sale — worth £239 to £599 by building size. Watertight through winter. Composite always includes it.
- ALWAYS
Timber bases, always half price
A tanalised, pressure-treated ground frame sized to your building — the fastest route to a flat, rot-free footing on grass or gravel. Not a sale price: it is what a base costs here, sale or no sale.
Every saving above is applied automatically at checkout — the breathable membrane, EPDM and timber-base savings show as their own lines so you can see the value on your basket and order. Installation is available within 185 miles of our base. The free canopy is a Build Studio option on pent timber buildings — an apex roof already overhangs both gables, so it is not offered there.
