About summer houses
A summer house is built to be lived in, not just stored in: full-length windows and glazed doors pull the garden inside and fill the room with light, making it a natural home office, studio, gym or somewhere to sit out of the wind with a coffee.
Built in tanalised, pressure-treated timber with a 15-year anti-rot warranty, felt-roofed as standard with an optional EPDM upgrade. Set the size and glazing in the Build studio for a live price, with free UK mainland delivery on a date you choose.
Common questions
Can I use a summer house as a garden office?+
Absolutely — the full-length glazing and floor space make summer houses a popular garden-office choice. Add a base, power (arranged separately) and your desk, and you have a bright, quiet room a few steps from the house.
Is the timber treated?+
Yes — our modular timber buildings use tanalised (pressure-treated) timber rather than dip-treated, on FSC-certified stock, manufactured in our West Midlands workshop.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, and you choose your delivery date at checkout. The Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.
