With a decent base and the included breathable membrane they stay dry year-round. For winter working comfort, most customers add insulation and a small heater.

The timber is tanalised so rot protection is built in — an occasional coat of exterior paint or treatment keeps the colour fresh. Or go composite and skip maintenance entirely.
