The process, step by step

2. 2Into the treatment chamberThe timber goes into a sealed industrial autoclave, ensuring complete and uniform treatment of every board.
3. 3Vacuum stageA powerful vacuum removes the air from the timber cells so they can absorb preservative deep inside — not just at the surface.
4. 4Preservative floodThe chamber floods with copper organic preservative (the tanalising treatment), fully submerging the timber.
5. 5Pressure injectionHigh pressure forces the treatment deep into the timber structure. Protection penetrates the wood itself, not just the surface.
6. 6The resultDeep protection against rot, fungi and insects — for decades of outdoor life, not seasons.
