Tanalised timber needs minimal upkeep — but a few simple checks each season will keep your building looking sharp and lasting for decades. (Composite buildings? Zero maintenance — a rinse now and then is plenty.)
Every timber building arrives fully tanalised — pressure-treated against rot and insects from the inside out. You don't need to paint it, but a colour treatment every 2–3 years extends the cosmetic life dramatically.
We recommend our own Timber Eco Shield, colour-matched to your cladding. One coat per side, applied on a dry day above 10°C.
