Cladding
22mm nominal loglap — our thickest timber board, only on Heavy Duty.
When someone wants their building to feel properly solid, loglap is what we reach for. At 22mm nominal it's a genuinely thicker board than standard shiplap, with a rounded profile that reads as chunky and substantial — and because there's more timber to protect, it carries our longest anti-rot warranty. It's the one change that defines the Heavy Duty range.
Dimensions
22mm nominal Tanalised tongue-and-groove loglap board
Loglap shown in cross-section — 22mm nominal, rounded profile.
Heavy Duty steps the cladding up from 16mm to 22mm nominal loglap — genuinely thicker timber, with a rounded tongue-and-groove profile rather than shiplap's flat overlap. It's the only difference between standard and Heavy Duty: same frame, same floor, same roof — just a thicker, longer-warrantied board wrapped around it.
