Roof
A single rubber membrane roof — no seams, no felt nailing.
EPDM is the roof we'd put on our own buildings. It's a single sheet of rubber membrane bonded across the whole deck — no seams, no nail lines, nothing for water to work at — and it's BBA-certified to outlast felt by years. That's why every composite building includes it as standard, and why it's the upgrade we most often recommend on timber.
Dimensions
Single-ply EPDM rubber membrane, fully adhered
EPDM is a single sheet of rubber membrane fully adhered across the roof deck — no seams, no nails, nothing for water to find a way through. It comes included on every composite building, and as a tiered upgrade on timber (see the EPDM upgrade pricing in the Build Studio).
