Why we build with this
EPDM is the roof we'd put on our own buildings. It's a single sheet of rubber membrane bonded across the whole deck — no seams, no nail lines, nothing for water to work at — and it's BBA-certified to outlast felt by years. That's why every composite building includes it as standard, and why it's the upgrade we most often recommend on timber.
